- 1 can Fitch & Leedes Bitter Lemon
- 50ml Leonista Reposado Black
- 25ml Cointreau/ triple sec
- 25ml lime juice
- Salt for rim
Rub a lime wedge around the lip of a coupe glass. Dip the rim in salt. In a shaker filled with ice combine the Leonista, Cointreau and lime juice. Shake well and strain into glass.
Top with Fitch & Leedes Bitter Lemon.
Mellow and aged. Rested for 6 - 8 months in old brandy, american oak barrels that give it a smooth mouth feel with notes of caramel and chocolate.
