Untamed You

Untamed You

Fear Camp...

When you venture into the wild, a part of it stays with you. In a world of rigid structures, experiencing nature's soft, organic shapes is essential. Nature is the ultimate creator. As Albert Einstein said, "If you need inspiration, simply look to nature."

Nature and untamed landscapes revitalize my energy and refresh my soul when I feel burnt out.

I find women who embark on solo wilderness adventures or pioneer new ways to experience the outdoors incredibly inspiring. It requires bravery, creativity, and admirable self-confidence.

On my latest Mozambique trip with Ocean child, we surfed daily and free-dived with sharks. Each dive, confronting a creature I usually fear, allowed me to test my fear boundaries. I learned how my calmness influences danger. When you are calm and relaxed, danger often passes you by unnoticed.

Why put yourself in harm's way? Why endure discomfort instead of staying home, working in safety? Because modern life smooths out the wildness within us, and that is what we miss. That spark, that unexpected authentic life experience that makes us only in the present moment. Life is short. Wild experiences make it fun and interesting. It is in embracing the untamed that we truly find what we want and hopefully more of who we are.
