SCREW THE GIN BAR - HELLO MARGARITA BAR

SCREW THE GIN BAR - HELLO MARGARITA BAR

The wedding season is coming up and the thing I dread is when myself and others are gagging for the first drink of the day, ready to get the celebration started, the same old gin bar awaits with cocktails that make me feel sluggish. PLEASE NO MORE.

If you want to get your guests feeling energized and ready to dance all night, quality Tequila and Mezcal is the ticket. Nothing gives me more joy than seeing a Margarita bar or Paloma bar with fresh ingredients ready to help us get on the fun train. In my experience if you stick to 100% Agave spirit from day to night (making sure to drink water or soda in between - (this is Key) then you will have the best night of dancing with little to no hangover in the morning.

If it was up to me for weddings there would be nothing but quality Tequila and non alcoholic drinks on option (maybe some beer and wine for Moms and Dads) Cocktails and mocktails would be made using local and freshly squeezed ingredients.

Alcohol for me is best used as a tool for enhancing the feeling that everyone has in moderation rather than being the abused sauce that gets you there.
